Drawing intake

You send a PDF plus STEP/IGES with loop conditions: flow per branch, ΔP budget, coolant and temperature range. We confirm interface sizes and the port map in writing before anything is costed. Your part: the current-rev drawing and target quantities.

DFM review · 48 h

Within 48 hours you receive a written DFM report: bore sizing checked against your ΔP budget, wall thickness, seal choices and port interface verification. A 30-minute call walks through the markups. Your part: one call window with your hardware owner.

Prototype

First articles are machined on the same cells that will run the batch, then 100% pressure tested with results reported against the DFM notes. Your part: approve the sample, or mark it up and we cut again.

FAI / PPAP

A ballooned first-article inspection with CMM dimensions — PPAP-format documentation on request for OEM quality gates. Your part: your quality template, so the file lands in your system in your format.

Batch + 100% test

Production runs with per-batch helium / vacuum-decay and pressure records; cleanliness targets the ISO 4406 18/16/13 code. Your part: a release schedule so batches land with your integration calendar.

Ship FOB · CIF · DDP

Packed foam-in-box — individual coupling cartons of 10×10×5 cm at 0.2 kg, manifolds trayed — with the full document set enclosed. Your part: consignee details and preferred terms, quoted FOB, CIF or DDP.

CDU Context

The manifold sits where the pressure budget is tightest.

In-rack CDUs span 15 to 125 kW of cooling, and measured high-density racks put about 56% of total pressure drop inside the server modules themselves. The manifold is the part you can still shape — every bore diameter chosen correctly and every elbow removed buys margin back for the pumps instead of starving the far trays.

What file formats do you accept for quoting?
PDF plus STEP or IGES for the manifold body. Add the loop conditions — flow per branch, pressure-drop budget, coolant type and temperature range — and the DFM review returns within 48 hours. Photos of an existing part are enough to start a re-quote.
Can you match an existing CDU port pattern?
Yes. Send a sample or a dimensioned drawing; we reverse-check the port pattern and gauge every coupling interface against the OCP UQD envelope before the first article is approved, so replacement banks drop into live racks.
How long from drawing approval to batch shipment?
Quotation and DFM notes return within 48 hours; custom builds ship 30–45 days after drawing approval. Standard catalog parts — couplings and common manifolds — ship in 15 days at MOQ 50.
Do you support OEM branding and NDAs?
Custom projects are quoted under NDA on request, and white-label packing is available for OEM programs. Document sets — DFM, FAI, test records — can carry your part numbers so the files drop straight into your PLM.
