Springs, valve stacks and seals meet in an assembly cell, not on a hand-tool bench. Every DryLink UQD set is built under calibrated torque, marked with its own serial and leak-tested before packing — because 5000 mate cycles is an OCP floor, and assembly repeatability is how a set reaches it.

Error-proofing starts with color.

Every DryLink coupling carries red and blue seal rings marking hot and cold sides, so a reversed set is visible before coolant is ever in the line — an error-proofing cue used across the UQD market and checked as a feature in our outgoing inspection. Beyond color, assembly jigs physically accept parts in one orientation only.

Each set leaves its cell with a serial that links to component lots: the seal compound lot, the spring batch and the machining batch of the body. If a field question ever arises, we rebuild the history of one serial without touching the rest of the shipment.

Line Sequence

Six steps between loose parts and a packed carton.

Each step hands its records to the next — a set cannot skip a station, and a batch cannot ship with a gap in the traveler.

Component intake & kitting

Machined bodies, springs and seal lots arrive against a traveler with lot paperwork. Nothing is kitted until hardness, dimension and compound records check out. Your side confirms the approved drawing revision before the batch is scheduled.

Valve stack pre-assembly

Springs, valve stems and seals stack in a jig that only accepts one orientation. Reversal is physically impossible before any torque is applied, and rejected parts never return to the bowl.

Torque-controlled fastening

Retainers and threaded ends close under calibrated torque tooling with batch-recorded values. Fastening data stays attached to the serial range of the batch, so any set can be traced back to its tooling record.

100% in-line test

Every set passes vacuum-decay leak testing at the bench before marking or packing. Failed units are quarantined and never re-mixed into a passing batch — the count of rejects is part of the batch record.

Laser marking & serialization

Each set is marked with size, date code and serial, and the serial links to the seal, spring and body lots held in the batch record. Your part numbers or logo can replace the standard marking on request.

Pack-out with the report

Sets are packed as individual 10 × 10 × 5 cm / 0.2 kg units and boxed with the batch test report and material documentation. Your side names the incoterm — FOB, CIF or DDP — and we ship to it.

Assembly and traceability, in plain terms.

Can you assemble sets from our own machined parts?
We build from our own machined bodies so seat, seal and torque data stay in one quality record. For mixed bills of material, send the drawings — the 48-hour DFM review will confirm what we can absorb into the line.
How deep does traceability go?
Each serial links to the seal compound lot, the spring batch and the body machining batch. A question about one set is answered from the batch record without re-testing the shipment on your dock.
What stops a set from being assembled backwards?
Three layers: jigs that accept one orientation only, red and blue seal rings that make reversal visible to the assembler and to your incoming inspection, and 100% vacuum-decay testing that catches a wrong stack before marking.
