Send the loop. Get numbers back in 48 hours.

A drawing, a photo or a paragraph about your loop is enough to start. Every enquiry gets a written answer within 48 hours — a bore-to-bore quote with lead time and test scope stated, or the specific questions that get you one. Standard coupling MOQ is 50 pieces.

RFQ Form

The 48-hour quote form.

Fields marked * are required. What lands in our inbox is what you type here and any drawing you attach to a reply — the more loop detail, the fewer questions back. Standard sets quote straight against the OCP size classes, UQD02 through UQD08; custom manifolds enter the 48-hour DFM review the moment the drawing arrives.

The details behind the form.

The commercial half in plain sight, so purchasing can copy it straight into the requisition — and the same numbers reappear on every quotation document, so there is exactly one source of truth.

Before You Write

Three questions that speed up a quote.

What should an RFQ include to get a 48-hour answer?
Four things: size class or drawing, quantity, target lead time and destination terms. Photos of your current coupling are enough to identify the size class. For manifold work, add the pressure-drop budget — manifold supply plus return under 1/40 of the IT loop drop is the LBNL benchmark worth writing on the drawing.
Can I start with samples instead of a production order?
Yes. Sample batches run in the same 15-day window as production at MOQ 50 and carry the same vacuum-decay, flow and cleanliness records, so the set you qualify is the set you buy — not a hand-picked golden sample.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes — custom port maps and bore designs are treated as confidential engineering data, an NDA can be signed before drawings move, and OEM programmes ship unbranded or to your marking specification. Confidential drawings stay inside the cell that quotes them: the same engineers who sign the NDA are the ones who read the port map and write the quote.

Prefer to talk it through first?

Email engineering directly — attach the loop diagram, the drawing, or just a photo of the port you need to match. The 48-hour clock starts either way.
