UQDB Quick Disconnect Set
Blind-mate OCP UQD pair for GPU boards and manifold drops — self-aligning, latch-free, dripless on both ends.
- Interfaceblind-mate, self-aligning
- SealEPDM · FKM option
- End configsORB / hose barbs

OCP-compliant UQD quick disconnects and rack manifolds, machined in-house and helium-tested one by one — the bottleneck part in every GPU liquid loop, delivered without the drip.
One machining cell, one sealing standard, full OCP UQD interface compliance across the loop — the OCP specification defines four sizes from UQD02 to UQD08 with flow classes from 0.55 to 4.7 GPM.

Blind-mate OCP UQD pair for GPU boards and manifold drops — self-aligning, latch-free, dripless on both ends.

dash-04 OCP UQD pair for cold plates and 1U boards — the 1/4" class with Cv 0.80 minimum and 1.7 GPM rated flow.

Supply and return manifolds with balanced flow to every tray, UQD/UQDB-ready ports and a per-batch pressure-test report.

Manifolds engineered to your CDU loop — port map, flow split and fittings built from your drawings, DFM review first.

Precision CNC, sealing components and automated assembly sit on one production line — so the valve, the seal and the thread tolerances are owned by one process, not three suppliers. Valve seats are ground to sealing grade at ±0.01 mm, and every batch carries the same traceable serial range from bar stock to packed carton.
Every coupling and every manifold batch leaves with its numbers: leak, flow, cycle and soak results printed in the report that ships inside the carton.

Unplanned data center downtime costs about $9,000 per minute, and a single coolant leak incident has been assessed at $190,000 to over $6.3 million in total impact. Water and cooling faults account for roughly 15% of outage events — while liquid-cooled AI servers jumped from 15% of shipments in 2024 to 54% in 2025 and a projected 76% in 2026. Every additional rack is another few hundred mating cycles that have to end dry.
