What is collected
The fields you type: a work email address, a company name, a target interface or rack standard, and whatever you put in the message line.
What it is used for
Replying to the inquiry with a quote and a one-page spec sheet — no other purpose is attached to those fields.
What is not done
Not sold, rented or traded; no third-party marketing list receives it. There is no subscription to opt out of, because there is none.
How it is handled

Retention
Kept for the life of the commercial relationship and deleted on written request. No retention period is published, because no fixed period applies to a working commercial file.

The wordmark and the drawings
The DryLink wordmark, the part numbering on our drawings and the drawings themselves are ours. Imagery used to present those parts is produced for this site.
Theirs
Names, marks and cited figures
The Open Compute Project name and its marks belong to the Open Compute Project; they are used here nominatively, to state compatibility with a published interface. Other makers' marks belong to their owners, and benchmark figures are credited to the owner or publisher they came from and appear only for line-by-line comparison. industry benchmark
No logo wall: no third-party logo is reproduced on this site and no client name is published.
“designed to” and “compatible with” describe an interface, not an approval: a statement about how two parts fit, not a status conferred on either of them.

Export documents
The paperwork follows the classification decided at the RFQ, per shipment — not per catalogue page, and not carried across to the next shipment by default.
Classification questions
What the code split means, and which rulings it is read against, is answered on the FAQ — shipping page. The operational side, where a classification is fixed for a specific shipment, sits with the RFQ form.
Records
Shipment documents and classification notes are retained as policy records, not as marketing material: they answer a question about a shipment.
Peer benchmark
