Drawings (2D or 3D), annual volume, destination country. Seven fields, one reply, and the only path here that produces a quote. A phased rollout goes through project support, which opens a file instead.

Bookable, and the walk-through includes the test bench live on camera, so a remote team sees the station itself.

Prototype-first
A T1 lot is issued before any production commitment, so fit and seal are confirmed on parts, not on a projection.
Cross-mating
Cross-mating samples are available, so a mixed-brand pair is checked on your own bench before the BOM is frozen.
Classification
Sample shipments are classified by the same split as production, so a sample arrives under the heading the volume will. per US CBP ruling NY K81592
Lead time
Sample lead time is confirmed at order, against the drawing in the RFQ — quoted for your part, not a catalogue line.

Bookable, and the visit programme includes a test-bench demonstration: the station the acceptance band is measured on.
Virtual audit
The same walk-through on camera, with the sample lot on the bench so a question about a part is answered against it.
Documents
Shipping documents are handled per export practice, so the paperwork matches the classification settled at the RFQ. China export practice
Action
Book the audit in the same reply as the quote: one thread, one owner, one revision behind both.
The first is a generated image, the other two are photographs, shown as what a visit walks through. Test stations: the quality page.
