OEM programs fail on paperwork, not on parts. Every DryLink batch ships with the file set your quality gate expects: ballooned FAI, CMM dimensions, per-batch leak and pressure records, and PPAP-format documentation on request. Assembly is torque-controlled with batch traceability, so serial number ranges line up with your BOM revisions.
The OCP UQD interface stays standard underneath your label — deliberately. Your CDU then mates with cold plates and manifolds from any compliant vendor, which is the argument your own sales team needs when a customer asks the lock-in question.

Six steps from interface list to recurring batches.
Each step has a deliverable on our side and a defined input on yours — no open-ended engineering loops.
Interface mapping
You send the CDU loop diagram with the interface list: UQD, UQDB or threaded positions, flow per branch, coolant family. We confirm coupling sizes and the port map in writing before costing. Your part: the current-rev drawing and target annual quantities.
DFM review · 48 h
A written DFM report returns inside 48 hours: bore sizing checked against your pressure budget, wall thickness, seal compound per temperature, port interface verification. With server modules already taking ~56% of rack pressure drop, the review defends what margin remains. Your part: one call window with your hardware owner.
Prototype samples
First articles are machined on the same cells that will run the batch, then 100% pressure tested with results reported against the DFM notes. Standard coupling samples ship in 15 days. Your part: approve the sample, or mark it up and we cut again.
FAI / PPAP
Ballooned first-article inspection with full CMM dimensions; PPAP-format documentation supports OEM quality gates. Wetted materials and seal compounds are declared per lot. Your part: your quality template, so the file lands in your system in your format.
Batch + 100% test
Production runs torque-controlled with batch traceability; every coupling passes vacuum-decay leak testing and cleanliness targets the ISO 4406 18/16/13 code. Reports enclose each batch. Your part: a release schedule matched to your integration calendar.
White-label ship
Your marking and packaging: individual coupling cartons of 10×10×5 cm at 0.2 kg, manifolds trayed in foam, full document set enclosed. Quoted FOB, CIF or DDP. Your part: consignee details and preferred terms per destination.
