Bench Reality

A qualification loop is a durability test for the coupling too.

Test benches mate and unmate thousands of times while integration lines do the same in miniature every shift — which is why the 5000-cycle OCP durability floor matters as much on the bench as it does in the rack. Dry-break valves keep the floor dry through all of it, with a 0.020–0.070 ml class spill budget per disconnect by size.

When the bench work turns into a program, the same parts continue: MOQ from 50 pieces, standard sets in 15 days, and a 48-hour DFM review for the custom manifolds the bench proved out. Nothing is resourced to a different production line after qualification.

Can one evaluation kit cover several coupling sizes?
Yes. The multi-size interface kit includes one set each of UQD02, UQD04, UQD06 and UQD08, so envelope, clearance and flow trials run in a single bench session. Kits ship in 15 days at MOQ from 50 pieces.
Do samples carry the same test evidence as production batches?
Yes. Samples run on the same cells as production and pass the same 100% vacuum-decay leak test, with the report, seal and material declarations included in the kit.
What is the path from samples to a production release?
Standard sets move from sample approval to MOQ-50 batches shipping in 15 days. Custom manifolds typically run 30–45 days after drawing approval, and a 48-hour DFM review starts either path.
